Paul Manning won silver in Patterns, Gold in Points sparring and Gold in Contineous sparring at the ITF Polish Cup. He was also named the "best senior male competitor".

A great week at the ITF World Championships in Brighton. Over 1000 competitors, from 45 different countries. Daniel O Sullivan took a gold medal in the Senior Black Belt middle weight sparring division. He faced Argentina in the first round followed by Brazil in the second round.
